Slättö manages Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs) which in turn invest in assets across the Nordic region. Our funds have different focus but share a common strategy based on our view of societal development. We create value by refining existing properties and by developing new projects.

Slättö is currently raising capital for the Slättö Value Add II fund. The fund has a European mandate with a focus on thematic investments in residential and logistics properties in the Nordic region. Fundraising will take place during 2022.

Slättö Core+ was launched in 2019 with a Nordic mandate and a long-term investment horizon. The focus of the fund is on cash flow generating properties with selective exposure to development projects in metropolitan areas and regional growth locations. Slättö Core+ is in investment phase and will raise funds on an ongoing basis to execute on a robust pipeline of acquisition opportunities.

Slättö Value Add I was launched in 2016 with a Swedish investment mandate. The fund creates returns through the development and management of properties intended for warehouse use and light industry as well as public use. The fund has a diversified portfolio in Swedish growth regions and today focuses on developing and refining existing assets. Slättö Value Add I is closed for further capital raising.
