Slättö Value Add I was launched in 2016 with a Swedish investment mandate and converted into an AIFM-regulated fund in 2018. The fund generates returns through the development and management of properties intended for residential, logistics, light industrial, and public use. The fund has a diversified portfolio in Swedish growth regions and today focuses on developing and refining existing assets. Slättö Value Add I is closed for further capital raising and has sold more than 65% of its assets.
