Slättö has a strong track record developing state-of-the art logistics properties in the Nordics through our logistics arm, Evolv. We manage the entire value chain from zoning planning to project completion and asset management. We cooperate with market-leading tenants in the logistics and e-commerce segments to secure long leases.

Slättö has a strong focus on sustainability, focusing specifically on on-site solar energy generation, environmental certifications, and green lease agreements. An example of a successful tenant partnership is our cooperation with Budbee, a market leader in B2C delivery. We leverage our strategic approach to create compelling portfolios that present valuable investment opportunities. This enables us to strategically exit these portfolios to larger players at valuations that drive returns for investors.
