Funds
Since 2013, we have raised multiple funds with both Core Plus and Value Add strategies. Currently, we have four active funds.
Slättö Value Add I
A Value Add fund launched in 2016 that generated attractive returns from project developments in residential, logistics and light industrial segments, with a focus on Sweden. The fund has sold more than 75% of its assets.
Slättö Core+
A semi-open ended Core Plus fund launched in 2019 that targets returns from cashflow-generating real estate, with a focus on the Nordics.
Slättö Value Add II
A Value Add fund launched in 2022 with a broad mandate to invest across real estate themes, with a focus on the Nordics.
Slättö Value Add III
A Value Add fund launched in 2024, with a mandate to invest across real estate themes, with a focus on residential and light-industrial assets in the Nordics.
