Strong demographic trends such as an aging population are driving demand for social infrastructure. Slättö invests in assets that support key public services, including care homes, senior facilities and education. We target stable, long-term returns from creditworthy tenants. This segment benefits from robust fundamentals across the Nordic region, ensuring continued demand with low correlation with economic fluctuations.

What we do

Building foundations for community services

Our approach to social infrastructure centres on assets that generate reliable, long-term cash flows by meeting essential community needs. We focus on properties like elderly care homes and schools, let to creditworthy tenants, which ensures stability and resilience through economic cycles.

As demographic shifts — especially the growing population aged 65 years and above—continue to drive demand for public services, we strategically acquire and manage assets that address these needs. Our portfolio spans key regions across Sweden, with more than 50 % of the value in the Great Stockholm region.
