As demographic shifts — especially the growing population aged 65 years and above—continue to drive demand for public services, we strategically acquire and manage assets that address these needs. Our portfolio spans key regions across Sweden, with more than 50 % of the value in the Great Stockholm region.

Educational Property in Nacka
A high quality, newly built and refurbished school asset of 10,841 sqm, in Kvarnholmen, Nacka. The property includes a pre-school, an elementary school, a high school, a sports center, and office premises. The premises consist of both newly built and refurbished facilities, and one property has an environmental certification of Miljöbyggnad Silver standard. The asset is a part of Slättö Core+.

A strategic acquisition in Social Infrastructure
An acquired portfolio consisting of 46 social infrastructure properties, with 70% concentrated in greater Stockholm and Gothenburg. The portfolio includes elderly care facilities, senior housing, schools, and assisted living properties, with the majority of the assets certified by BREEAM In-Use, LEED ND, or Miljöbyggnad. This acquisition establishes a new platform within social infrastructure and aligns well with the Fund’s existing portfolio, focusing on strong, sustainable cash flow. The portfolio is part of Slättö Core+.
