Information on purchase of shares in Logistea by Slättö Value Add I

One of Slättö’s funds, Slättö Value Add I, has purchased shares in Logistea on the 15th and 19th of June. The purchase corresponds to 19.3% and 21.8% of the company’s shares and voting rights respectively. The seller is IB Invest.
