Slättö divests social infrastructure portfolio to Lanthem
Slättö has divested four social infrastructure properties located in Borås, Alingsås, Gotland and Karlstad to Lanthem, a joint venture between Hemsö and Lantmännen. The total property value amounts to SEK 567 million.
