Slättö has been featured by INREV in its latest collection of sustainability case studies, highlighting how AI-driven heat optimisation is delivering measurable energy savings across residential portfolios.
The case study describes a pilot in Uppsala, Sweden, where Slättö partnered with Nrlyze to optimise heating in real time based on apartment-level temperature data. The pilot reduced heating energy consumption by 13% while maintaining full indoor comfort, delivering a Yield on Cost above 30%. Following these results, the approach is now being rolled out to 12 additional residential assets.
